After-sales Service Directorate was established in 2006 at the location of Istanbul, Atasehir-Kayisdagi campus in a 15 m² room under the title name of Service Management.
The department began to work with 1 Technician and 1 Assistant and as of today it become total of 22 person which contains, 1 Director, 1 Service Manager, 1 Deputy Service Manager, 2 chiefs, 2 mobile teams, call center and technical team and PDI Installation team. It operates in 350 m² area during the working hours 6 days a week.

- VISTEON and SONY-VISTEON brand devices found in Ford imported vehicles,
- LG and MOBIS brand devices in Hyundai imported vehicles,
- LG and MOBIS devices in KIA imported vehicles
- DELPHI brand devices in Fiat imported vehicles.
- Over 700,000 vehicles that are within the legal warranty period, Daiichi and other branded devices are under the responsibility of our service.
- Daily defective device cycle is between 60-70 pieces. Approximately 20-25.000 device controls are passed on an annual basis.
- Tracking of such wide-ranging movements DAIICHI has printed its own special monitoring program by allocating a serious budget.
